
Lean Production
Our company fully launched lean production in April 2011, provided training for all employees, carried out various project improvement activities and implemented DPS proposal system, optimized the production lines and introduced corresponding automation equipments, and implemented pull production system and one piece flow production.

Pull Production System
Pull production is a production style that pulls the previous process from the subsequent process according to the demand, and each process strictly arranges production in accordance with the demands of the subsequent process, and only produce as much as is needed and resolutely refrain from production if it is not. Our company began to trial pull production since May 2013, and has now fully implemented it.

6S Management
We have implemented the 6S management, covering all areas of the company, including 51 areas such as production sites, office areas, warehouses, and dormitories. The 6S team consists of the factory manager, quality manager, and 12 members from different departments.

KPI Management
KPI is a target-oriented quantitative management index used to measure process performance by setting, sampling, calculating, and analyzing key parameters at the input and output ends of a certain process within an organization. The company's KPI management involves the implementation and management of processes such as the formulation, implementation, data statistics, reporting, summary analysis, result feedback, and problem improvement of KPI targets for quality, environmental, hazardous substance process management systems, and information security management systems by various functional departments, as well as conducting annual management reviews of KPIs.

MES System
MES (Manufacturing Execution System) was officially initiated in our company in September 2020. After 11 months of development and implementation, it was successfully launched in November 2021, marking a new stage in our company's lean production management. MES is a workshop-level management system located between the enterprise planning management layer (E10) and the industrial control layer. As a bridge connecting planning and execution, our company has achieved integrated management of production plan execution, resource allocation, quality control, and equipment monitoring through real-time data collection and analysis, realizing comprehensive informatization, visualization, and intelligent management of lean production.
