eQ-3 Electronics Co., Ltd. (eQ-3) was founded in 2007, a wholly German owned enterprise. The former company DJY Electronics (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. was founded in Shenzhen in 2000. Our headquarter was founded in 1978 and has a long history and experience in ideas, development, production, sales and logistics for products in the electronic industry. The research and development team is constantly working to design new products, expand our product portfolio. As a manufacturing base in China, eQ-3 Electronics Co., Ltd. mainly produce and provide electronic products and smart home-related products that are widely used in modern consumer and industrial fields. Our main products include high-tech products such as smart gateways, smart temperature control, smart security, smart lighting, smart access control, weather monitoring, smart power consumption, smart environmental protection, inventory control systems and time recording systems. At present, we produce approximately 3,000 kinds of products, and all of them are exported to all over the world.
Our factory is located in Qingwan Industrial Zone, Sanzao Town, Zhuhai Special Economic Zone, China. The total area of the factory and dormitory is about 34,000 square meters. Currently, there are 600 employees. The factory is equipped with various advanced production processes in the electronics manufacturing industry. We possess the entire process from product development, mold design and manufacturing, precision injection molding, high standard clean room spraying, silk screen printing & pad printing, laser carving, SMT, bonding, wave soldering, assembly and packing processes to ensure the maximum in-house production depth and guarantee the high quality. We have successively passed the certification audits of certification institutions such as ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO27001, VDS, UL and amfori BSCI social responsibility audits, and successfully passed the recognition of National High-tech Enterprise in 2017.
We provide all kinds of living and entertaining facilities for the employees with human-oriented concept. We have comfortable and convenient apartment-style dormitory, and a clean canteen. There is warm and hot water supply in the dormitory for 24 hours a day, each dormitory has its own independent balcony, toilet and air conditioning and WIFI network. The dormitory area has ping pong room, billiards, TV room, medical and rest room and library room, professional basketball court and other sports facilities etc. Our company enriches our employees' spare time and strengthens the team building by regularly organizing various cultural and entertainment activities such as trips, barbecues and midday games. We also actively responds to and participates in various social useful activities organized by the community and the government.
In order to match our future development, we have successfully introduced and implemented the advanced Toyota Production System (TPS) and MES (Manufacturing Execution System), which has further improved our production and management operational efficiency, information transmission and accuracy, and product quality.
