The first knowledge competition of TPS was completed successfully

On the evening of November 29, 2012, our company held the first knowledge competition of TPS and had a complete success. The competition started at 6:00 p.m. that night, our Managing Director Mr. Andreas Hogeluecht, Factory Manager Mr. Raymond Liu, Labor Union Chairman Ms. Joyce Qiu and Financial controller Ms. Gao, and other managers attended the competition. The TPS team members acted as judges. There were more than 500 employees attended this competition, the scale was an exceptionally grand occasion.
This competition was held by TPS team and IE department, with highly valued by our leaders and many supports from all departments. There were eight groups from different department took part in the competition. The competitors answered accurately, the audiences participated in interaction actively, and the atmosphere of the competition was very exciting. The competitor groups contended with each other hotly, and the scene rose to climax from time to time. During rest time, the wonderful programs from each department as well as “Warehouse style” amused all audiences. After intense required question part and quick response part, QA group won a razor-thin victory in this competition, TE and IE united group won the second place, and PD group won the third place. Our Managing Director and Factory Manager issued the certificates and prizes for them.
This knowledge competition of TPS is the important link for pushing TPS idea. It plays a good role in stimulating all employees’ enthusiasm to study the advanced idea of TPS and improving their innovation ability. At the same time, it provides a reference for our company on the study of scientific management and production management. After the competition, Our Factory Manager made a summary. He requests all employees should apply the management ideas and management tools of TPS into our work. Everyone should take part in it and try to improve all aspects, and contribute your ability and wisdom to the company！
