Company passed the annual factory inspection of Kriwan and VdS

On April 19~20 and April 23~24, our company was passed the Kriwan and VdS factory inspection, they are focus on our smoke detector products. At this time Kriwan audit have checked 2 models of 142015C0A and 142685A0A,and VdS audit have checked 3 models of 97507, 130756 and 131408, the audit time are one and a half day.
The Kriwan audit has some key points list as below:
1). Systems of Factory Production Control (FPC) of the manufacturer.
2). Changes of product during the last period of inspection.
3). Procedure customer complaints.
4). Purchasing and incoming inspection.
5). Measurements and testing during the production
6). Procedures, records about equipment, program of calibration.
7).Review and evaluation of the results from testing of samples taken at the factory by the manufacturer.
The VdS audit has some key points list as below:
1). Documentation and drawing version control.
2). In-process control and outgoing inspection control.
3). Identification, handling, storage.
4). Purchasing and incoming inspection.
5). Procedures, records about equipment, program of calibration.
6). Measurements and testing during the production
7).Review and evaluation of the results from testing of samples taken at the factory by the manufacturer.
This time Kriwan and VdS audit did not have major findings, for the several minor findings or suggestion improvement actions has been replied the CA report to Kriwan and VdS already.
