Skillful use of fire extinguisher in a drill

On July 7th, 2011 at 9:30am, 102 employees attended a fire-drill held by PA department, aiming to enhance fire safety education of each staff, ensure the protection of property and individual and develop the self-aid ability. The fire-fighting drill included two parts: the use of fire extinguisher and the emergency response capabilities. On the preparation of the fire drill, the safety director Ken Chen demonstrated how to operate the dry powder extinguisher, which is one of the fire extinguisher recently used in our company, with technical essentials of lift, shake, draw, grip, press and spray. The fire-drill was generally welcome because of its all-around content, lively style and plenty of expression methods. The training way, integrating theory and practice, would be a great help in improving fire fighting consciousness and on-site control abilities.
